Mobile Lab Cabinet Timers

The timer on the mobile lab is set to to recycle half of the computers in the cabinet every two hours. To understand the proper order of recharging the laptops, the user should observe the computers the see that half of them have a small light that is on at the end of the terminal plugged into the laptop.
